Pick-up & Cooking Instructions

PICKUP TIMES AT NOON or 2 PM 


Please come to the St. Paul Catholic Church Parish Center at your designated time to pick up your ham order.

Our Scouts will joyfully find your order and bring it to you.  

Please let us know if you need assistance loading your car.

St. Paul Parish Center - Address

Directions From Highway 75, take the Spring Valley Road exit in Richardson.  Head west on Spring Valley Road and turn on the very first street!  It's the street in between the gas station and the restaurant.  

You'll pass apartments on the right side and then you will see the entrances to the Parish Center on the left side.  

TAKE THE SECOND ENTRANCE (Pictured below) 

Please be careful of traffic coming in and out of the first entrance due to the curve.

Follow the pictured pick-up route that will make it safer and super easy for us to load the ham into your car for you and reduce confusion and traffic jams.

Please make arrangements to pick up your ham as close to the pick-up time as possible.  If you are unable to pick your ham up, perhaps a friend or neighbor can pick it up for you.


STORAGE & REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Since we are doing the pick-up on Saturday, your ham should be fine in the fridge until Christmas dinner.  

When you are ready to serve it, remove the cling-wrap and cardboard.  Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for an hour or until you reach at least 165 degrees for food safety temp. (The hams are fully cooked already, so this is just reheating.) 

Let it sit for a few minutes and then slice it up to serve.


If freezing, it's easiest to slice first, then wrap in foil and put in the freezer.  This will make thawing and reheating much faster.  If freezing whole, leave plenty of time for thawing before cooking.
